1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (USA): 3 - 5 business days.
Express Shipping (USA): 1 - 2 business days.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7 - 14 business days).

Free standard shipping may be offered on select promotions or orders exceeding a specific threshold.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.

4. International Shipping & Customs Duties

We ship internationally!
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom fees levied by the destination country. Viva Brazil Beachwear is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
